【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsforthematerial,design,constructionandworkmanship,manufacturingprocessesandtestsatmanufactureofnon-refillablemetallicgascylindersofwelded,brazedorseamlessconstructionforcompressed,liquefiedanddissolvedgasesexposedtoextremeworldwideambienttemperatures.NOTEThespecificgasespermittedincylindersconstructedtothisInternationalStandardmaybelimitedbyISO,nationalrequirementsorinternationalrequirements.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletocylinderswhere:a)themaximumpermissibleoperatingpressuredoesnotexceed250bar(i.e.pms≤250bar);b)theproductofthemaximumpermissibleoperatingpressureandthewatercapacitydoesnotexceed1000bar.litres(i.e.pms·V≤1000bar.l);c)wherethemaximumpermissibleoperatingpressureexceeds35bar,thewatercapacitydoesnotexceed5|(i.e.forpms>35bar,thenV≤5|).ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletocylindersexceedingthesepressureandvolumelimits,forwhichreferencemaybemadetorefillablecylinderstandards.ThisInternationalStandardisalsonotapplicabletocartridges/aerosoldispensersandsphericalcontainers.note:1)Cartridgesarenon-refillablecontainerswhichdonotcontainanintegraldispensingdevice,haveamaximumwatercapacityof1|andhavealimitedmaximumpermissibleoperatingpressure(asdefinedbythecountryofuse).Aerosoldispensersarenon-refillablethin-walledcontainerswhichdocontainanintegraldispensingdevice,haveamaximumwatercapacityof1|andhavealimitedmaximumpermissibleoperatingpressure(asdefinedbythecountryofuse).
