【摘要】:Cancelsandreplacesthefirstedition(1985).Specifiesamethodofmeasuringthetensilestrength,stretchatbreakandtensileenergyabsorptionofpaperandboardusingatestinstrumentoperatingataconstantrateofelongation.Alsospecifiesmethodsforcalculatingthetensileindex,thetensileenergyabsorptionindexandthemodulusofelasticity.Appliestoallpapersandboards,includingpaperswithahighstretchatbreakiftheresultsarewithinthecapacityofthetestinstrument.Alsoappliestothecomponentsofcorrugatedboardbutnot,however,tocorrugatedboarditself.
